Summer reading schedule released
The Franklin Parish Library will kick off its annual Summer Reading Program, Dream Big: read, on June 13 at 10 a.m. in the Learning Center. Children are invited to come and enjoy the programs this summer.
Programs are planned to spark the interest of children. It is a proven fact that children who read during the summer will return to school in the fall with a better perspective of learning than children who did not read.
