Library to mark Bicentennial with history of southern cuisine "Two-Hundred Years of Taste," an exhibit designed by the Southern Food and Beverage Museum in New Orleans will be displayed at the Winnsboro Branch of the Franklin Parish Library, Thursday, May 31, 2012, through Friday, June 8, 2012.

The exhibit will show heritage ingredients and dishes as they are related to the geography, environment and historical timeline of the Louisiana.
