Fresh Start now opening women's program
Fresh Start Ministries expanded its horizons this month with the opening of a rehabilitation facility dedicated strictly to women.
The new facility, located north of River of Life on Hwy. 15, is set up to accommodate up to 24 women and is currently housing eight residents already.
