Northeast Louisiana Workforce Centers, Inc.'s HOPE program is intended to serve young adults in need of job training. HOPE is an acronym for "Helping Our People Excel."

This first of ten components of the program will be an opportunity for summer employment. This program is funded by Workforce Investment Boards 82 and 83.
