Franklin Parish 2011-2012 Students of the Year
Rachel Marie Philips has been selected as the Franklin Parish 2011-2012 Fifth Grade Student of the Year. Rachel is the daughter of Fay and David Philips of Winnsboro.
Currently a student at Crowville Middle School, there has not been a challenge set before Rachel that she has not been able to not only overcome, but master. She has maintained a 4.0 grade point average throughout her school career while also managing to excel in the arts, athletics and volunteerism.
