Man charged with attempted rape
As a result of an investigation conducted by Franklin Parish Sheriff Office, a Winnsboro man was arrested earlier this month on charges that claimed he sexually assaulted his two step-daughters.
Michael A. Durr, 26, 20 Sarah St., was arrested and booked into the Franklin Parish Detention Center on two counts of attempted aggravated rape and two counts of sexual battery.
