Filmmaker to speak at chamber meeting
The Winnsboro-Franklin Chamber of Commerce will hold its May membership meeting at noon on May 10, at the Old Post Office Museum. Rodney Ray of R-Squared Productions will serve as the featured guest speaker.
R-Squared Productions was founded by Rodney Ray, a Monroe native and businessman, in 2008. Ray owns three businesses, one of which is the first major film production company in Northeast Louisiana.
Prior to his business ventures, Ray served in the United States Navy and earned a degree from Louisiana Tech University, where he also taught land surveying courses for 15 years. Ray is a husband, father and grandfather whose dream is to make "life changing films."
