Joan and Glynn Gallagher of Fort Necessity are pleased to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Jessica Lynn, to Storm Ridgway, son of Todd Ridgway and Krystal Eppinette.

Maternal grandparents of the bride-elect are the late Jean and John Harris of Monroe. She is the paternal granddaughter of the late Nancy and Charley Gallagher of Fort Necessity.
