Fair relocated to industrial park
For the first time in more than a decade, parish residents will be able to enjoy the foods and fun of the carnival, as the fair returns to the Winnsboro Industrial Park this week.
The festivities will be conducted by an Arkansas-based entertainment company and will run for five days, April 24-28.
