Maydaze benefit slated for May 19
The 8th Annual Maydaze Benefit for the Patriot Guard Rider's Fallen Warriors Scholarship fun has been set for Saturday, May 19, which is Armed Forces Day. The event is hosted by Terry and Becky Simmons of Crowville.
This year, the Maydaze Benefit will assist the local Veterans Affairs Office and American Legion Post for an Armed Forced Day/Memorial Ceremony at Davis Park. The Patriot Guard has been asked to stand a flag line for the recognition of the Armed Forces and local veterans who have and are serving in the military.
