Meth investigation leads to 12 arrests An ongoing methamphetamine investigation in Franklin and Tensas Parishes resulted in a dozen arrests today in Franklin Parish.
During the continuing joint investigation by the Louisiana State Police Criminal Investigations Division (Monroe Field Office), Franklin Parish Sheriff's Office and Tensas Parish Sheriff's Office into the March murder of Colby Fortenberry in Tensas Parish and the ensuing arrests of Robert Welch, Eunice Welch and Todd Crockett on narcotics-related charges this month, twelve more people have been arrested. As a result of these cases, investigators uncovered a parish-wide methamphetamine distribution network and arrest warrants were executed earlier today by Louisiana State Police and Franklin Parish Sheriff's Office.
Arrested were:
1) Stacy Humphreys (41 year old male of Mangham): Conspiracy to Distribute Schedule II CDS – Methamphetamine (3 cts) Possession of Schedule II CDS – Methamphetamine (1 ct) Racketeering (1 ct) Total Bond = $65,000
2) Lea Ann Humphreys (29 year old female of Mangham): Conspiracy to Distribute Schedule II CDS – Methamphetamine (4 cts) Racketeering (1 ct) Total Bond = $ 75,000 3) Veronica Campbell ( 39 year old female of Wisner): Possession of Schedule II CDS – Methamphetamine (2 cts) Racketeering (1 ct) Total Bond = $25,000
4) Stacey Henry (36 year old male of Winnsboro): Conspiracy to Distribute Schedule II CDS – Methamphetamine (6 cts) Racketeering (1 ct) Total Bond = $105,000
5) Sonja Roberts (43 year old female of Gilbert): Possession of Schedule II CDS – Methamphetamine (5 cts) Racketeering (1 ct) Total Bond = $ 40,000
6) Edward Rodgers Jr. (45 year old male of Winnsboro): Possession of Schedule II CDS – Methamphetamine (1 ct) Racketeering (1 ct) Total Bond = $20,000)
7) Daniel Guimbellot ( 28 year old male of Jigger): Possession of Schedule II CDS – Methamphetamine (2 cts) Racketeering (1 ct) Total Bond = $ 25,000
8) Katina Boone (29 year old female of Jigger): Conspiracy to Distribute Schedule II CDS – Methamphetamine (2 cts) Racketeering (1 ct) Total Bond = $45,000
9) Gary Humphreys (57 year old male of Baskin): Conspiracy to Distribute Schedule II CDS – Methamphetamine (8 cts) Racketeering (1 ct) Total Bond = $135,000
10) Daniel Tacker (36 year old male of Baskin): Possession of Schedule II CDS – Methamphetamine (1 ct) Racketeering (1 ct) Total Bond = $20,000
11) Cynthia Thornton (49 year old female of Winnsboro): Conspiracy to Distribute Schedule II CDS – Methamphetamine (4 cts) Racketeering (1 ct) Total Bond = $75,000
12) Belinda Hale (29 year female of Winnsboro): Conspiracy to Distribute Schedule II CDS – Methamphetamine (2 cts) Racketeering (1 ct) Total Bond = $45,000
