City welcomes thousands to annual festival
With a light wind to keep the hot temperatures in check and clear blue skies all day, nearly 15,000 festival goers flocked to downtown Winnsboro Saturday to enjoy the 26th annual Catfish Festival.
The festival—the parish's largest annual event—brought in travelers from all across the region to enjoy an entire day of good eats, musical treats and more.
