Winnsboro City Court receives chamber honor
Winnsboro City Court has been selected as the April business of the month by the Winnsboro-Franklin Chamber of Commerce.
Ann B. McIntyre is the Winnsboro City Court Judge and has served since her election in 1997. Bobbye Stinson serves as the Clerk of Court and is in charge of the civil division of the Court. Mandy Mixon is the Deputy Clerk of Court and is in charge of the criminal division of the Court. Gladys Cooper is in charge of the juvenile division.
