Hargus-Burns engagement
 Stanley M. and Lynn Jones Hargus of Monroe are pleased to announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Arrah Elizabeth Hargus, to Shelton Burns, son of Joy Burns and the late James Burns of Winnsboro.
The bride-elect is the maternal granddaughter of Betty Daughdrill Jones Parden of Oak Grove and the late George Geranld Jones of Delhi. She is the paternal granddaughter of the late George W. Hargus Sr. of Jena and the late Duline Jones Hargus Mizell of Monroe.
