Petition to close Hwy 4 Bar gains momentum
Family and friends of the slain Colby Joe Fortenberry are traveling to St. Joseph this week in hopes the Tensas Parish Police Jury will hear their plea and shut down Hwy 4 Bar. They will be carrying with them a petition with more than 1,000 signatures of concerned residents that also are demanding action be taken to prevent any further tragedies occurring at the rural bar.
