Dardenne guest speaker at chamber banquet
Lt. Gov. Jay Dardenne served as the featured guest speak at the Winnsboro-Franklin Chamber of Commerce installation banquet.
Dardenne entertained guests with stories of the states culture, history, music and politics.
Rep. Steven Pylant received the Chamber's annual Spirit Award. The honor is given each year to an individual or community group that goes above and beyond the normal duties of their job.
