Tasting event to showcase local cuisine
The official prelude to the Franklin Parish Catfish Festival will begin next Tuesday evening with the ever popular Taste of Franklin and the "Catfish Cook-off" event to be held in Winnsboro.
This signature event marks the kickoff for the festival scheduled for Saturday, April 14, on the streets of downtown Winnsboro.
