Jindal proposes plan for rural roads
Gov. Bobby Jindal proposed a plan Monday that would bring about improvements and repairs to many rural state highways.
Jindal plan, laid out in a press release, would aquire funding that would be used in some $350 million in improvements of many rural roads that have been neglected for years.
