E-Books arrive at library
Franklin Parish Library announces that e-books have arrived and are ready for download. Franklin Parish Library now offers more than 500 e-books for downloading and many more that can be read in a browser. In addition, patrons may download from a catalog of more than 100 audio books. Up to two e-books and two audio books may be checked out at a time. Bestsellers are not available at this time because publishers don't allow libraries to purchase them.
