The twenty-fourth annual Black Heritage Banquet will be held on Feb. 24, 2012 at 7 p.m. in the Franklin Parish High School cafeteria.

The keynote speaker for the evening will be Rev. Sam Moore III, a native of Winnsboro, a graduate of Winnsboro High School and attended Southern University and Northeast University (now ULM).
