Gobblers strut fundraising stuff at annual banquet
The Macon Ridge Gobblers chapter of the National Wild Turkey Federation had a very successful harvest this year at their annual Hunting Heritage Banquet and membership drive.
More than 200 wildlife and hunting enthusiasts attended the yearly event, which serves as a fundraiser for events sponsored by the Gobblers throughout the year.
Raffle tickets were sold for a chance to win one of many great prizes, including 18 guns and numerous items donated by local merchants.
