Beloved teacher, principal, coach and Franklin Parish School Supervisor Charles "Cuz" Horne passed away February 5, 2012 at Franklin Medical Center.
Also known as "Coach," Mr. Horne was a published poet and frequent contributor to regional newspaper editorial pages throughout his life.
He was born July 30, 1930 in Liddieville, LA.
