Tax prep and filing offered
LaSalle CAA, in partnership with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), will offer free tax preparation and electronic filing to individuals with a yearly income of $50,000 or less beginning Jan. 17.
Certified tax preparers will be available at the Franklin CDC office on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
