Saints take firepower to Candlestick
So early deadlines prevent me from talking about Monday night's LSU-Alabama contest. Obviously, the game is a done deal now.
But as I am writing this, I have no idea of the outcome. I have no idea if it's going to be a somber night or week at the Martin house or if there was enough screaming and hollering to wake the neighborhood, followed by my neighbor shooting fireworks after the game.
So with that in mind, I'm going to talk about the New Orleans Saints this week, hoping that I will be discussing another team's road to a championship.
