Young readers enjoy Toddler Time
"Dolly," local Toddler Time celebrity, assisted young participants who signed up for their very own library card at the Franklin Parish Library recently. Dolly is official mascot of the Toddler Time program at the library.
Dolly, along with young participants in the program, learned that children can receive their own library card if their parents or guardians live or own property in the parish. The card allows them to "borrow" books to take home and read.
