Salvation Army distributes toys to needy
The Salvation Army distributed toys to more than 130 children Tuesday in Rayville as part of an effort to expand their operations throughout
northeast Louisiana.
"This is the first time we've done it in this area," Salvation Army Captain Mark Gilliam said. "We hope to grow the program."
