Wisner Garden Club to judge Christmas lights
The Wisner Christmas Lighting contest sponsored by the Wisner Garden club will be Friday, Dec. 16.
Judging will begin at 5:30 p.m. This will include all the homes in the city limits of Wisner. The three winners will be awarded Best Door, Best Overall Lighting, and Second Place Overall Lighting.
Each winner will be presented with a gift and their names listed in The Franklin Sun.
