 Lisa and Kenneth "Buddy" Parks announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Crystal M. Welch, to Christopher Davis, son of Lela Jones Loden of Mangham.
Maternal grandparents of the bride-elect are Olla Fowler and the late Walter "Buck" Fowler of Gilbert. She is the paternal granddaughter of Dovie and Nolan Parker of Winnsboro, Steve Hill of Jigger and the late Sovilla Hill.
The prospective groom is the maternal grandson of Myrtle and William B. Jones of Ore City, Texas.
