Nighttime parade to light up downtown
Preparations have hit full stride for the annual Winnsboro-Franklin Chamber of Commerce Christmas Parade scheduled for Friday night, December 2, in downtown Winnsboro.
The annual parade, which will be held after dark for the ninth consecutive year, will culminate a week-long series of yuletide events in Winnsboro celebrating the Christmas season.
The parade will start at 7 p.m.
