Run-off elections for two Police Jury seats and a decision on a proposed amendment to the state constitution will be on Saturday's ballot.

Running in the election are Buddy Parks and Adam Faulk for District 2 and Leroy Scott and Ricky Shaw for District 5.

In the Oct. 22 primary election, Parks received about 43 percent of the ballot, or 449 votes, and Faulk got 40 percent, or 422 votes.

The other candidate in the primary election, Bill Hendrix, got 17 percent of ballots cast, or 177 votes. Parks is an independent and Faulk is a Republican.
