Campbell to address chamber

Louisiana Public Service Commissioner Foster Campbell will address the Winnsboro-Franklin Chamber of Commerce on Thursday at their monthly luncheon.

Campbell, a native of Bossier Parish, has served on the commission since 2002 and serves 26 parishes across North Louisiana. He previously served seven terms in the state Senate, representing District 36 in Baton Rouge, and ran unsuccessfully for governor as a Democrat in the 2007 jungle primary.
