Main Street manager Kay LaFrance-Knight said she expects this year's annual 'Found on 15' to be bigger than ever, as individuals and organizations from around the region converge on the highway for the event.
LaFrance-Knight called Found on 15 a "giant sell-a-thon" that will stretch from one end of Franklin Parish to the other, from north of Winnsboro to south of Wisner.
