Holidays in bloom: Garden clubs hold District V flower show

The Franklin Parish Library Learning Center was in full bloom October 12 when the garden clubs of District V held their 'Holidays of the Four Seasons' flower show.

Local members were awarded first, second and third place ribbons for horticulture examples. Several district members entered floral arrangements in various holiday themes for a display open to the public in the Learning Center.
