Franklin Academy clinches playoff berth
Franklin Academy, 7-2, clinched their first ever playoff berth with a 96-48 victory over Veritas School this past Friday.
FA rushed for 423 yards and passed for 215 more in the win. Leading the way for Franklin were Ethan Vick with five rushes for 126 yards and three touchdowns (2, 54, 44); Chris Williams with four rushes for 112 yards and one touchdown (44); Chris Hassell with five rushes for 42 yards and one touchdown (3); Hunter Jones with six rushes for 35 yards and a TD (20); and Walker Magee with four rushes for 17 yards and one TD (3).
