Brown-Hales engagement
 Kaye and Gene Brown Jr. of Gilbert announce the engagement and upcoming
marriage of their daughter, Halea Brooke, to Jacob Emil Hales, son of
Rita and William Hales of Baskin.
Maternal grandparents of the bride-elect are Janetta and David Hale of
Monroe. Paternal grandparents are Rita and Gene Brown Sr. of Gilbert and
Sharon and Danny Castleton of West Monroe.
Halea is a graduate of Franklin Parish High School and is currently
