The Jr. Patriots came out fast and furious as Allezae Poe scored twice in the first quarter and Talanzo Jackson tacked on a two-point conversion to give the home team the lead it would never relinquish.

Helping hold this lead was a strong defensive showing by several Jr. Patriots.

Kyle Wilson had an interception and Roderick Wallace took away a fumble to give the ball back to their offense. Other defensive stars early in the game were Daniel Doyle and Ricky Shaw.
