Mangham High School improved 6-0 on the season and opened District 3-A play the same way it has played all season, dominating Tensas Parish 56-0.

It was the first shutout of the season by the Dragons, who have scored at least 35 points in all of their games and are averaging 47 points a game.

The Dragons had close to 400 yards in total offense in the contest.

"It was a good way to start district," said Mangham coach Tommy Tharp. "Tensas is struggling right now and we seem to be clicking."

But not on all cylinders, according to Tharp.
