Company selected to construct Crowville Clinic Everything is in place for Franklin Medical Center to build its long-anticipated rural health clinic in Crowville, with a construction company chosen for the project at a special-called meeting on Friday.
A $439,000 bid from Allen Atkins, a Winnsboro company, was approved by the hospital's board of commissioners to build the proposed Crowville Health Center.
