Annual parade preparations under way
The annual Christmas Parade sponsored by the Winnsboro-Franklin Parish Chamber of Commerce is scheduled for Friday, December 2, on the streets of downtown Winnsboro,
This year's event marks the ninth year the parade has been held after dark after many years of being a daytime event.
