The Board of Directors of Progressive Bank is pleased to announce the appointment of Howard Dee Smith to the position of Senior Vice President / Senior Relationship Manager.

In that position, Smith is responsible for all aspects of Commercial and Agricultural Banking in the Franklin Parish area.

Smith, a graduate of the University of Louisiana at Monroe and the LSU Ag Leadership Program, brings more than eleven years of experience in agricultural lending to Progressive Bank.
