District 2-4A play begins for the Franklin Parish Patriots (3-2) this Friday as they travel to Calhoun to face the West Ouachita Chiefs (2-3).

The Patriots are coming off a dominating victory over Alexandria Senior High School (ASH) last week, 42-6. Fullback Noble Johnson ran for 126 yards and two touchdowns while Aldarious McCarthy ran for 53 yards and Marquise Hillman picked up 41 yards and a score.
