FA wins thriller over Clinton, 50-41

Franklin Academy used a powerful running game along with a timely passing game to beat Clinton Christian 50-41 on Cougar Field.

The Cougars started out with a 65-yard drive on the opening possession that culminated in a one-yard TD run by quarterback Chris Hassell for a 6-0 lead.

Clinton Christian then scored on their next possession with a 39-yard TD pass to tie the game.
