Bartender charged with contributing

A Tensas Parish bartender has been arrested and charged with two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor in connection with an investigation by the Louisiana Office of Alcohol and Tobacco Control (ATC) into underage drinking, according to officials.

Jenny Mobley, 44, 790 McCaleb Road, Winnsboro, was arrested Sunday at the Boondocks lounge in Newellton, after the investigation revealed Mobley had served alcohol to two minors under the age of 18, according the Tensas Parish Sheriff's Office.
