Crowville clinic in FMC sights
There have been many delays, but Franklin Medical Center Administrator Blake Kramer expects ground to be broken soon on the Crowville Health Center.
"My hope is that it will come a couple of months after the (construction) bid is awarded, because this has been a long, drawn out process," Kramer said.
Hospital officials said that the facility, which is being designed by Winnsboro architect John T. Womble, will most likely be built by Allen Adkins Construction, also a Winnsboro company.
