John Bramblitt, a forty year-old blind artist from Texas who have his paintings displayed at the

Old Post Office Museum next month, will speak to the Winnsboro-Franklin Chamber of Commerce at a noon luncheon on Sept. 8 at the Jack Hammon's Community Center.
