Franklin, Cougars win one, lose one at Tensas Jamboree
Franklin Academy split a pair of games at the Tensas Academy Jamboree Thursday in St. Joseph.
Franklin defeated Briarfield 22-6, scoring three quick touchdowns early in the quarter.
Ian Black had a 65-yard touchdown run, Ethan Vick added a 42-yard run, Cedric Allen scored on a 16-yard pass from Chris Hassell and Ethan Bass added a 2-point run.
Franklin fell to Tensas, 24-14.
Hassell and Black teamed up on a 58-yard scoring pass play.
