Russell to speak at chamber meeting
The monthly membership meeting of the Winnsboro-Franklin Chamber of Commerce will be held Thursday at noon, Aug. 18, at the Old Post Office Museum.
Clay Russell, executive director of Fresh Start in Winnsboro, will serve as the featured guest speaker. Fresh Start is a faith-based rehabilitation center located in Winnsboro.
The seven-month in-patient program offers job training, life skills, anger management, professional treatment and biblical instruction.
