Future Blossoms daycare center in Winnsboro has received a two-star rating, allowing parents of children attending to qualify for a tax credit.
A two-star rating in Louisiana's Quality Start Program recognizes licensed daycare centers designed to increase the quality of child care and early learning for children under the age of 6.
