White addresses Lions, Chamber
Hard work through efforts like the Franklin Parish Beautification Commission has helped make the parish a hub of economic activity and should serve as a reminder that great things can be accomplished despite obstacles, said Winnsboro businessman Cloid White.
"It makes people outside of our parish envious of what we have done and others have asked me why they can't get their attitudes like ours.
