 Teresa and Willard Hutto of Winnsboro are pleased to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Amber Hutto, to
Chuck Franklin, son of Debra Franklin of Winnsboro and the late Charles Franklin of Crowville.
Amber is the granddaughter of Mary and Ted Urbanowicz of Winnsboro and the late Glynn W. Tillery of Winnsboro. She is the paternal granddaughter of the late Luther and Isabelle Hutto of Fort Necessity.
